A: Spectrum Leap is the brain child of Kevin Hooper, an industry veteran of multiple large and small organizations who has held P&L responsibility, EVP and SVP roles in sales and sales management.  The consultancy is an opportunity to provide help to all sizes of organizations.

Q: Why Spectrum Leap?

A: A spectrum is used to classify something, or suggest that it can be classified, in terms of its position on a scale between two extreme or opposite points. Leap is when you pick one point on the spectrum, and you move quickly to another point skipping all the points in between.   When you need to solve a problem in business, you don’t want to have to experience all the distractive issues.
